RoscoVision Vehicle Camera System

Rosco Vision delivers full HD video capture of both the driver and the road, with flexible local and cloud storage options. It provides in-cab alerts for risky driving behaviors and offers fleet managers valuable data to monitor safety trends over time. With continuous video recording and precise event detection, it identifies incidents like G-shock, speeding, driver panic button activations, and AI/DMS events such as cellphone use, drowsiness, and critical distractions.

Full HD cameras provide real-time live streaming from any view, covering the interior cab, rear patient compartment, road ahead and behind, as well as side and backup views. Acute Rescue Secure Vehicles are equipped with additional rear compartment cameras to ensure compliance and enhance patient safety, especially for high-risk individuals under police or physician psychiatric holds.

RoscoVision cameras feature IR LEDs for enhanced night vision capabilities for increased visibility in dark conditions.

Event videos are recorded and uploaded to the RoscoLive Cloud, where they are securely stored for 1 year. These videos remain accessible for reviewing critical incidents like collisions or unsafe driving, supporting comprehensive driving safety evaluations.

Continuous video and audio recording system with a real-time Driver Monitoring System (DMS) that detects and notifies about unsafe driving behaviors, including phone use, drowsiness, distractions, speeding, idling, camera obstructions, and seatbelt usage. Powered by AI technology, it enhances driver safety by identifying risky behaviors. When such behaviors are detected, the Rosco Vision unit alerts the driver with an audible chime.

Cameras have a Driver Event Button, when activated, instantly sends live alerts to Acute Rescue’s Communications Center, enabling real-time monitoring of situations as they unfold.

Road-facing AI incorporates advanced collision avoidance technology, while additional external camera views provide drivers with a 360-degree perspective of the vehicle’s exterior, helping to eliminate blind spots.

RoscoVision displays provide interior views of rear patient compartments for clear monitoring of patient status and partner activity, allowing for adjustments in driving as needed. Safety Cloud® by HAAS Alert

Acute Rescue was the first EMS agency in the state of Idaho to install Safety Cloud® by HAAS Alert, which reduces the risk of collision by delivering real-time notifications called “digital alerts,” directly to nearby and approaching motorists. Digital alerts warn drivers of emergency vehicles and crews, work zones, and other hazards, allowing them more time to slow down, move over and make safer maneuvers.

Safety Cloud® is the world’s largest real-time vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication network connecting many users and vehicles on the roadway.

Hardware connects with ambulance lightbars to automatically send digital alerts to drivers when our emergency lights are flashing. Digital alerts are sent from Acute Rescue ambulances straight to civilian motorists up to 30 seconds prior to the hazard. Digitial alerts adjust automatically based on posted speed limits.

Responder-to-Responder (R2R™) digital alerts notify emergency responders when other Safety Cloud-equipped emergency vehicles are in active response and approaching the same intersection.

Safety Cloud® delivers alerts to drivers in ways they cannot miss. Currently, drivers can receive Safety Cloud® alerts through navigation apps such as Waze and Apple Maps, and 2018 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM in-vehicle infotainment centers.

The Safety Cloud® dashboard collects driving historical data and incident statistics to enhance our safety initiatives and guidelines.

Digital alerting through Safety Cloud® dramatically reduces the risk of collision by up to 90 percent.

The Sapphire IV infusion pumps offer ease of use and reliability, and combines high-end volumetric infusion pump functionality with compact size and low weight. Sapphire is based on a unique combination of patented Flow Control Technology, innovative hardware design, intuitive touch-screen and software controls.

Stryker Power-LOAD and Power PRO XT/PRO 2 Stretchers

Stryker’s Power-LOAD powered works together to allow EMS personnel to do their jobs more safely by raising, lowering, loading and unloading the stretcher from the ambulance at the touch of a button. Powered stretchers utilize battery-powered hydraulic systems to also raises and lowers the stretcher legs at the touch of a button. Acute Rescue was the first EMS agency in Idaho to utilize Stryker Power Pro 2 Stretchers. Our fleet utilizes a combination of the Power Pro XT and Power Pro 2 Stretchers.

Retractable head section enables navigation in tight spaces in any height position.

Pneumatically adjustable back rest with seven locking positions and includes a wider mattress that reduces transfer gap and designed with patient comfort in mind.

Load system and stretcher is able to safely carry and lift a maximum weight of 700 pounds.

Dual wheel locks which help keep stretcher in place and allows for safer patient transfers.

1 in 4 EMS workers will suffer a career ending back injury within their first four years in the field from lifting. Utilizing this load system and powered stretchers has been proven to reduce spinal loading, and thereby reduces chance of EMS worker injury for adverse stretcher events by 96%.

At less than 12 pounds (6kg), the Zoll X-Series Critical Care Monitor is up to half the size and weight of other full-featured devices. The Zoll X-Series features the latest, most advanced and most complete monitoring capabilities. Trauma-specific parameters deliver insight on occult hemorrhage (SpHb™), fluid responsiveness (PVI™), and oxygenation status (SpOC™).
